About Us
RadGuide was founded in 2023 by a passionate and dedicated radiography professional who, after completing their studies, saw a significant opportunity to enhance the educational journey of radiography students and professionals seeking to advance in the field. From the beginning, the mission was clear: to create the premier private educational support service for radiography students and professionals looking to specialize or deepen their knowledge of medical imaging.
The founder, having qualified as a radiographer, has since made significant contributions to the radiology community, including presenting at multiple prestigious radiology and medical conferences around the world and serving on several key radiology boards, including the Society and College of Radiographers (SCoR). This extensive experience has been instrumental in shaping RadGuide into a trusted and invaluable resource for those in the field of radiography.
The vision for RadGuide was driven by a profound understanding of the challenges faced by radiography students during their studies, and the need for continuous educational support even after qualification. With a solid commitment to bridging the gap between academic education and professional practice, RadGuide aims to provide comprehensive, cutting-edge resources and guidance that meet the needs of both students and established professionals.
The development of RadGuide was guided by insights gained through firsthand experience, including multiple engagements with healthcare trusts, radiology departments, and continuing professional development (CPD) programs. The founder’s active participation on the global stage in events such as the European Federation of Radiology Societies and national-level discussions on the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) further cemented the vision of RadGuide as a platform capable of offering invaluable, expert-driven educational resources.
In addition to its core focus on radiography, RadGuide now offers a suite of learning materials that support students at all levels and help professionals specialize in various areas of diagnostic imaging. From X-rays to MRI, CT scans, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine, RadGuide has established itself as a key player in providing high-quality, accessible educational support.
